Why Should SME’s Use Social-Media

In May 2013, Facebook released some pretty astounding statistics revealing audience engagement through their social network.

There are over 24 million UK based Facebook users, many of these engaging with both friends and corporations on a daily basis. 

Seven in ten people now own and use a smart phone, whilst 70% of the UK population has access to the Internet.

As a business, understanding your target audience and their motivation to follow you on social-media is key in determining how to best connect with, and increase your client base.

Knowing your own USPs and understanding your customers, will help give your business a voice and enable you to create content that resonates with your followers.

We all know that social-media is a must these days, and that a huge and growing number of businesses are utilising social-media as part of their marketing, that is where I'd like to help.
